The assets include:
* Intellectual property associated with a sophisticated online presence including the website www.hughescf.com.au and a 1800 number (1800 CHAIRZ);
* Client relationship management data and information;
* Inventory; and,
* Some equipment including workshop equipment, tools, a forklift and office equipment.
