Suitable modalities/fields may include Counselling or Psychology, Allied Health, MST, Naturopathy, Remedial Massage, Beauty and others.

The rooms are all inclusive, fully furnished, disabled friendly and include the following:

* Massage Table
* Furniture
* Electricity
* Hand Basin

In addition we offer:

* Brand new fit out
* Wireless and/or wired Internet
* On site car parks for Clients

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has existing clientele and who wishes to establish themselves on a permanent/long-term basis in a clean, fully functional environment that is all inclusive.

Rental Rates:
$100 per day; or
$300 per week.

A minimum 6 week Lease is required.
